Code Vein 2: Light Stone Locations & Interactive Tracking Guide

Tender Light Stones are the rarer of Code Vein 2's two weapon upgrade currencies. Tender Crimson Stones handle standard weapon progression — plentiful, tiered 1-8, scattered everywhere.

Tender Light Stones are different: scarcer, needed for special and premium weapons, and found in far fewer world locations.

All 12 confirmed Tender Light Stone locations are tracked across MapMaster's Code Vein 2 interactive maps.

What Light Stones Do in Code Vein 2

Tender Light Stones are upgrade materials for specific weapons that don't use the standard Crimson Stone path.

Once a weapon requiring Light Stones reaches a certain enhancement level, it needs Tender Light Stone 2, then Tender Light Stone 3, and so on.

Above Tier 4 lies the Grand Light Stone — required for final weapon enhancements of the highest-level special weapons. Grand Light Stones cannot be purchased through any Token system and must be found during exploration.

Tender Light Stones vs Tender Crimson Stones: Two Upgrade Systems

The game runs two parallel weapon upgrade tracks. Most weapons use Tender Crimson Stones — abundant, found everywhere, purchasable from Jadwiga's Minion with a General Customer Token.

Special weapons — DLC items, premium weapons, and high-tier unlocks — use Tender Light Stones instead.

If your weapon isn't accepting Crimson Stones for an upgrade, it needs a Light Stone. The two systems don't interchange.

How to Get More Tender Light Stones: Exclusive Customer Tokens

Exclusive Customer Tokens are the key to unlimited Light Stone supply. Each Token is purchased from a specific Jadwiga's Minion and permanently unlocks that Light Stone tier at Jadwiga's shop in MagMell for ongoing Haze purchase:

• Exclusive Customer Token 01 — unlocks Tender Light Stone 1 for shop purchase.
• Exclusive Customer Token 02 — unlocks Tender Light Stone 2 (700 Haze each) for shop purchase.
• Exclusive Customer Token 03 — unlocks Tender Light Stone 3 for shop purchase.

Tender Light Stone 4 and Grand Light Stones don't have a corresponding Token — they must be found in the world. All three Exclusive Token Minion positions are tracked in the Key Item guide.

All 12 Light Stone Locations in Code Vein 2

• Tiers 1-2 appear in early-game areas: The Continent (next to the fence and elevator, and upper level of a large building via ladder), Josée's Outpost (inside the blue container in the upper area, guarded by a pink-haired enemy), and Seized Substation (underground area at the Mistle platform base) and Arcade Ruins (upper level platform).

• Tier 3 concentrates in mid-game locations: two in Pioneer Castle (building corner and near the East Wing Mistle) and two on The Continent (inside the building near Abandoned Warehouse, and in a blocked tunnel).

• Tier 4 appears in late-game areas: Ruined Town (between two buildings near barrels) and The Continent (metal platform near blue containers in the Undead Forest region).
